Introduction

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the terms and conditions for the provision and use of the Bubble Teach application service, hereinafter referred to as "the Service", and the terms of use of the Service by the User.

Any person who browses the website https://bubble-teach.com, or who has an account on the Bubble Teach application allowing them to access the Service is referred to as "the User".
Purpose of the Service

The goal of the Service is to provide a set of tools and features for designing, creating, and deploying training courses.

Any access to and/or use of the Service - via a mobile device (smartphone, tablet) or via the web interface - implies compliance with all the terms of these Conditions and their unconditional acceptance. By using the Service provided, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these general terms of use, as well as any future modifications to these terms.

If the User does not wish to accept all or part of these general conditions, they are requested to refrain from any use of the Service.
Use of the Bubble Teach Application Service

To access the Service, the User must first be registered as a "Bubble Teach" user.

Creating an account on Bubble Teach can only be done by an adult User. Following this creation, this "Primary User" can invite 4 other Users to connect and jointly use the account they have created.

In response to the invitation, each active User must choose a personal username and password during their first connection to access their Bubble Teach account. This information is then placed under the personal custody of each User; no User may in any way hold Bubble Teach responsible, particularly in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use.

The Bubble Teach account can be closed at any time, upon request by an adult User associated with the account.

The use of another Bubble Teach account's identifier by a User to access the Service is strictly prohibited.

The User is solely responsible for all actions carried out with their account or password, and agrees not to use the Service to:
- disseminate or transmit content that, to a reasonable person, may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, violent, or inciting racial hatred;
- conceal or transmit files, images, software, or any other element that infringes copyright laws, trademarks, licenses, or intellectual property;
- create a false identity or impersonate an existing person;
- disseminate, store, or spread viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code or program;
- and generally, engage in any activity contrary to these Conditions.

Each User agrees not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in a manner contrary to these Conditions, terms, or notices. They particularly agree never to use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or disrupts the Service or interferes with another User's use of the Service. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Testing or evaluating the vulnerability of the system or network.
- Violating security or identification measures without proper authorization.
- Accessing data not intended for the User or accessing the Service through an unauthorized account or access.
- Preventing or attempting to prevent access to the Service by another User by any method: virus, server and network saturation, spamming, or massive email sending.
- Corrupting any information or email by falsifying message headers or any other type of content.

Recognizing the general nature of the Internet, the User agrees to comply with all implicit and explicit rules of good conduct and acceptable content.

Bubble Teach reserves the right to refuse and discontinue access to the Service to a User or Users who have made improper use contrary to the interests of the companies and/or illegal or improper use of the content and/or the Service.
Service Continuity

The User also acknowledges being informed of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, and in particular, acknowledges that Bubble Teach cannot be held responsible for data transmission problems, connection issues, network unavailability, or access speeds or potential non-functioning of the Internet network due to potential global network congestion and the complexity of the hardware and software installed on Bubble Teach's servers.

Except in cases of force majeure, Bubble Teach makes every effort to restore the site's activity within a reasonable timeframe. Bubble Teach may at any time and without notice interrupt the activity of this site without being held liable.
Personal Data & Content

The User retains full ownership of any content they share via the Service. In case of termination of the Service use and account closure by the User, the data associated with their account can be fully destroyed upon request to Customer Support.

Personal data collected through various site functions will be used for statistical purposes or to communicate with the User as part of service management. No data will be shared with third parties.

The User has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them (Articles 38-39-40 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978). They can exercise this right by contacting the Bubble Teach site administrator.
Intellectual and Industrial Property

The bubble-teach.com website and the Bubble Teach application service are owned by S.A.S. Bubble Teach.

Any total or partial representation or redistribution by any means of the content, images, photographs, text, without the express and written authorization of Bubble Teach, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by Articles L 335-5 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Bubble Teach (arNuméral) is not responsible for the use of non-copyrighted material by its users. Users are responsible for ensuring that all content they share or use on the platform complies with copyright laws.
Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems

Bubble Teach uses artificial intelligence systems to enhance the services provided to its users. All AI systems used comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

Users will be informed when interacting with an AI system. The information provided will be transparent and understandable to ensure an informed use of the services.
Account Inactivity

If no activity is detected on a user's account for a period of six months, the account will be deactivated. The user will receive a notification via email before deactivation and can reactivate their account by following the provided instructions.
About these Conditions

Bubble Teach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove parts, or to amend these Conditions at any time without notice by posting the amended terms on the site. All changes will take effect upon posting. Please check these Conditions regularly for changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
